Active Original games:
Kingdom
  • Mara: If I ever had a soul-character, it would be Miss Bitter Pants herself. She's really the marker for my writing, and it is through her that I've improved the most. I've gone on and on and on about Mara in a few posts on my personal LJ, so I'll just copy and post from there later ;).
  • Reed: My poor boy-creature, Reed suffers so, but he'll get his happy ending. If he can survive long enough, that is XD. Reed is an attempt at subverting the waif/princess in a tower/healer chick tropes.
  • Loni: Original!Loni had her personality split between New!Loni and Akemi for CC. This Loni is a bit more realistic, I think-- she's really her own little person, not giving into her instincts, and believing that even in that icky creature that's trying to suck the energy out of her there's a potential for good. She's horrible to try and plot with, but she's a refreshing character to play!
  • The Never Ending Sea of NPCs XD

Active Sailormoon-based games:

Et Ego in Arcadia
  • Neve (Sailor Icarus): There are no words for how much I love my mad pirate senshi in exile. Sick with grief and shame, Neve looks half dead, but somehow endures in a world with peril at every corner. She has been living a half-life since Sin took over the Vega System, hiding who she was and living in terror that someone would connect the dots and realize she was one of the lost Senshi. Her big arc is overcoming that fear and doing her best-- even if she's sure it is a losing battle-- to take down Sin and protect the charge Neve thought dead through her own cowardice.
Chaos Crisis
  • Akemi (Sailor Venus): She tries so hard to be the best leader of the Negaverse Senshi ever, but has to deal with a dead Idol career, an equally dead Sailormoon, her team scattered across a strange, alternate-universe Tokyo, Senshi who fangirl the wrong version of her story, a raging jealousy issue, and falling in love with a mild mannered journalist, a noble Sentai, and an enemy second in command of the Black Moon (who all happen to be the same guy). And her hair just gets more and more ridiculous as time goes on. I love Akemi too much for it to be healthy, which is probably why I'm always drawing her. Or future!evil!Au versions of her (and Peridot XD).

Missing Shard
  • Ikiro (Sailor Rudra): She's short, bald, and a priest-in-training who just happens to also be the Senshi of Herbs and Spirituality for Paria. Ikiro is a blast to play, though she's probably my most difficult character to get a handle on since her POV is extremely laced with philosophical purple nonsense.
  • Chimi (Sailor Earthzircon): aka Sailor Punchy, Chimi is possibly the only character I will ever do an illustrated application for (Part 1, Part 2, Part 4, Part 5) and though she at times seems a bit one-note, she really is a delight to peel the layers back and poke mercilessly at. Especially in prison break AUs.

  • Dai (F-Zero) The ten eleven twelve year old running around as a freshman with a marker mustache, action figures, and a toy sword that really stings when he gets it going. I love Dai to pieces-- he's crazy and wild and so very fun to play! He has build in relationships with Goroh and Captain Falcon, but he also has a really cute best friend/arch rival thing going with Ionia that makes me dork out whenever they interact. I love my silly boy ^.^;;
  • Sonja (Advance Wars) The straight woman of  AW, Sonja might not get as much attention, but she likes it that way. I love the push-pull relationship she has with Lash, and can't wait to see more stuff develop with her :D.

Archived Original & Sailormoon-based games

Lost Senshi
  • Momo (Sailorokeanos): Quite possibly my most batshit!crazy character ever. Momo was so fun to play! She was just so poorly adapted to everything and quite vicious if provoked, I really regret not having a chance to let her develop as she should have. Which is why I write Momo-centered fanfics on occasion, to 'finish' out her plot at least. Momo's great flaw was her inability to really see outside of herself because she was too busy protecting herself against other people. She was such a prickly little thing ;___;.
  • Oskar (Ost): Though he was never in the actual stories (or technically approved XD), Oskar was tied in with several of the characters and had a storyline before him that I really wanted to play. Looking back, it looks like I pulled some of Oskar into Reed, which helps me understand how THAT fell in my lap February '08 XD. There's a lot of background information on Oskar that is screaming for a really good short story.

Angels Never Came Down
  • Dee: I like to think of Dee, Mara, and Momo as my trifecta of overwhelming crazy. Dee is the latest incarnation of the Angel of Dawn, Meresijm. She is cranky mornings, awkward morning afters, fleeting morning rays, and constant morning jogs. She's a firehouse of energy, made up of opposing forces held in check only because she aggressively tackles one thing at a time. She is dayglo colors aggressively thrusting themselves in your face, and I love her to pieces even if her game is possibly dead ;___;. What makes Dee work are the connections she has within the game, particularly with Galen. The awkward pseudo uncle/niece thing they have throughout incarnations is hilarious to work at and play with.
  • Alise/Auriel: Dee's daughter and part of the unholy AM duo with her brother Mack. I am deeply bothered we never got any decent RPs out of those two. She was the Angel of Realization (formerly 'Breakfast' XD), and somehow ended up the parent in the family of slackers XD.
  • Haniel: The Angel of Morning Inspiration and Dee's mother in the Holy War, Haniel was a big gigantic flake who couldn't handle combat, which made her a really lame Angel. I never got a chance to work on her AoA incarnation as Sophie Nouvell, who was LOADS better at the whole combat thing than her first incarnation, but still is ridiculously inappropriate. Her big signature was showing up in revealing 'costumes' to brighten the Medical Division's patients and tormenting poor Julian, who would have been her kind of sort of son in law if you squinted through the incarnations. I have a lot of love for that irrelevant girl XD
  • Sachs: Elemental King of Water, I never got to finish Gibs, but he was hilarious. Equal parts Hawkeye from M*A*S*H and Shaun from Shaun of the Dead, he never had a chance in hell of being accepted but I still love him. Unfortunately his profile is on the dead computer, so I don't think I'm going to revisit him for a while ;).

Harry Potter LJ Games:

Marauding Mischief:
  • Severus Snape.... as an annoying, bitter, wonderfully picked upon 15 year old. Ah, he was so fun to play, especially against all the great players the game had! It, unfortunately, didn't last very long, just a few months in early 2004. I'm surprised how many details we actually got right, including Snape avoiding discussing his mother or his house ;).
Harry Potter and the Dark Lord Grindelwald:
  • Megan Jones: I loved Megan to pieces. She was a Hufflepuff who never quite belonged in the fold-- she excelled at potions, loved good natured pranks, and dreamed of being a CookingWitch. She managed to alienate much of the school between her truth potion-in-the-punch-bowl trick and her happy!cakes causing a hugging spree across house lines.
Pern (Assorted Games):
  • S'tos: One of my first characters, he was very awkward and notable mostly for his dragon-sick dog he insisted on lugging with him everywhere.
  • Tenya: Aaah, I had so many things I wanted to do in this game. Tenya actually impressed, but I was deathly ill for a few months and had to give her up. Sometimes I wish I was still in college so I could have more time for games, I'd totally pick her up again XD.
  • Chemi & Loirdis: Never got to finish these two, probably for good reason. Loirdis actually moved into one of my novels.
Star Wars (Assorted Games):
  • Kalie Liu'wight: My first character in an actual RP ever, in a chat-based pre-Republic game. Though she wasn't very talented with the force, she was still SUCH A MARY SUE. It was basically me as a Star Wars character XD. I did get my first internet handle off her...
  • Wrini t’Lesan: She was just ridiculous amounts of cute. See pic from 2004. I think? *___*.
I refuse to list the characters I finished and had running around in my head but never turned in or played. Because we'd really be here all night XD
