Day/Theme: Day 25; I like your silence; the more it shows off your wonder

Character/Pairing: Smellerbee & Longshot

“I need new armor,” Smellerbee announced, falling backwards on the pile of their humble belongings.
Keeping lookout astride the small tree above, Longshot glanced down long enough to raise an eyebrow and cast his sharp eyes down on her struggles.
He saw no weaknesses in the dented breastplate.
“It doesn’t fit anymore,” Smellerbee complained, face scrunched as she wrestled with the metal.
Their eyes caught, and her struggles ceased, mouth wide as she laughed. "Longshot, who needs words when they've got a boy blushin' as pretty as you?"
Abbreviated because I forgot to finish it before the 26th, a shame because I had this fun scene in my head since the 1st XD. Might finish it up later.
