Cheated on diet pepsi detox today, but it was either cheat or strangle someone with righteous fury at work, so I chose the less violent option. It has not been a very good day, obviously, but at least I have my sanity intact!

I would have done a quickie Kingdom review for ren_sama's awesome guy, but I'm too emotionally drained and angry still to see straight and would probably make an idiot of myself. So I shall gym and beg for help regaining happy and calm down before I do <3333.

Finally? At work, there is a new color scheme being unleashed, and a feature is a green that can only be described as minty toothpaste (it looks more green in person). I can't look at anything in that color and not giggle. Toothpaste green? Really company? REALLY? XD

I wish you could sic hellhounds on these people. We've heard NOTHING about whether our Credit References have gone through, which is apparently vital to buying a house with no credit.

I vote for a pic spam (unless you did already and I missed it...)! This is in no way related to how Doctor Who has forever changed the Platonic Ideal of Suit, and how I'd rather have yours in that slot so I stop giggling every time someone says the word XD.

Suit backstory: I am the largest suit size Japan makes, in the "thin" size. Which is freakishly impossible to get. The store brought in four of them, and one fit. It happened to look good on me, so I bought it. My problem is my shoulders are far too wide for Japanese sizes. The few regular (non-thin) jackets they make end up having like an extra ten inches around the stomach. I swim in the things.

I ended up spending about 29,000 yen on the suit. Down from 40,000. That included alterations and tailoring and the like. It's a very nice suit. More money than I cared to spend, but apparently this is average for Japan.






I am now cool enough to be in a ska band.
