keys come back ;___;

Still no keys! Mum thinks I slept walked and tossed them in my fridge, and just to be sure I even looked there. But... no dice.
The results were interesting. I'm actually rated "average" for general fitness, even with my 30% body-fat. This was due to my flexibility, cardio and leg strength being so high they trounced my lack of arm/shoulder strength. I only managed 10 sit ups in a minute, but seriously that was 9 more sit ups then I could have done even back in April when I hit 168. My core = made of fail, but he said I had the flexibility of someone who was in crazy awesome fitness. So my yoga does come back to help, I guess XD
So that's going back on the "Things To Do" list.
At the cardio test he kept having to raise the incline because my heart rate remained stubbornly in the 130-140 range. It was fun watching his eyes get larger and larger, but hey, I have a ton of leg strength so cardio has to be really tough to knock up the heart rate!
My lack of protein was mocked, but he gave me a few ideas of where to sneak more into my daily routine. He bumped my caloric intake up to 1400-1500 (I struggle to hit 1300, so this could be interesting XD), too.
We're going to meet back in 3 months to see how I'm doing. My goals are to run a mile without stopping, be able to bench press 45 pounds, and, oh yeah, drop at least 15 pounds.
Nutritionally though? He said my diet was super good, the supplements I take are good, and as long as I don't splurge/sugar out/diet pepsi myself to oblivion I should be alright, provided I get more protein.
And he reeled in my 'cardio five days a week for an hour' to start off with 3 days of cardio for 30 minutes and 2 days of weight training. I hate weight training you guys. I'm so ridiculously weak. In two weeks I can increase up to 45 minutes of cardio, but he doesn't want me to hit 60 minutes because of how intense my cardio tends to be and it just burns off muscle instead of fat.
Which is apparently why I've dropped down to a 33 band size-- doing so much cardio kickboxing knocked off some muscle around my ribs. So, thankfully, I'll be back up to a 34 within the next few weeks. I just have to make sure my heart rate is between 140 and 150 bpm and I'm good :D
I've got to fix up the apartment since I seriously destroyed it hunting keys down and then I'll be on tonight. I tried
happypickle's idea with the flashlight and only found 58 cents. But that's 58 cents that I didn't know where they were before!
