1. The phone is driving me crazy. People on the other end cannot figure out how to fax, so for the last half hour phone has been ringing pretty much nonstop. Which wouldn't be too annoying if housemate's phone didn't announce "veeeektorreeeahh's secccrrr" after each ring.

2. So, it started off as a jogging run. Unfortunately, I decided to head by the mall and got distracted and ended up picking up stuff I *did* need, but did kick back a bit more money than I might have otherwise wanted to spend. Especially since I had to lug it all home on foot XD. The best thing was the new keyboard, because I can't imagine attempting to write (much less fix html for Kingdom) with the current keyboard that suffers from frozen-keys-by-pudding-itis.

The stuff I picked up at Bath & Body Works is already brightening the apartment up, so no frowns about those. Warm Vanilla Sugar I put in the kitchen, and then I'm pairing the Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin & Japanese Cherry Blossom in the actual bathroom. Surprisingly, they do pair well together. Pretty good mood elevation for ten bucks.

I spent too much money at Best Buy on DVDs. Especially since none of them were for me.

Had to run by work for my check and, well, the less said about work the better. On my way out I did pick up a new tube of City Block at the Clinique counter in Nordstrom, which has been sold out on Amazon FOREVER.

Was seriously tempted to hit the bookstore as well as H&M in Santana Row across the street, but decided I should keep *some* of my cash hoard in the bank. Especially if I'm taking a bit more time off next month than I thought I would be.

My point? Don't think I'm jogging past the mall again, that place is dangerous on your day off! My hands now smell like pumpkin though <3.

3. Am seriously blocked with writing. Going to spend the rest of tonight trying to get Mara's post up for Kingdom, but I make no promises. Seem to be making more progress in the writing notebook than on the computer, so we'll see how that goes.

4. In an effort to get back into the nano/writing gear, I fixed up my nanowrimo stats page. With color.

Monday's are my best days; I don't know if that is going to hold up this year, since if you look at LJ entries, the pattern is spacing out on Monday.

Last year I hit 50,000 words in 11 days... and then didn't write again for most of the month. I had pretty good excuses though-- I narrowly avoided getting hit on my bike (and got severe road rash AND fainted in Walgreens the next day from the pain because I am stupid) and had severe wisdom teeth/nerve pain for the remainder of the month. And the beginning of the month sucked too, since I spent the first three days battling terrible headaches.

Hopefully I stay healthy this year. ;)

I need to start doing hella research into Seattle. ;___;. Anyone have any favorite Seattle links? :D

5.I put in for time off tomorrow night, so check off your choice for what time to take off for Nano :D.
