You know, I might not strike people as an angry person, but I have my moments. And today is an exercise in barely restrained rage. I don't even know why I'm so upset-- although I know part of it stems from me doing EVERYTHING wrong at work today (including screwing up my schedule and leaving an hour late), but that's not even all of it. I tried meditating once I got home, but I was so upset, I couldn't even focus.

So I'm turning it over to you guys. How do you de-stress? What do you do when you start feeling angry? Because I'm still so charged, the puppies actually RAN AWAY FROM ME.

Usually I go for a walk with my "chill" playlist on iGor, but my iPod is dead, and I'm about to fly off the handle about that alone -.-;;!
