I really enjoy the book I'm focused on reading right now: Dancing Naked at the Edge of Dawn by Kris Radish.
The writing style is so fluid and dreamlike, you often treasure each passage, lingering over the words as they morph into the next, never sure what the next page will bring. I absolutely adore the writer's style, and the unfolding story is one of interest, but it shouldn't be too surprising that I'm raving mostly over how the author chose to write the tale. The mix of POV actually works and leads to some surprising backstory that nails down the rest of the book.
I'm not even 1/3 of the way done with the book, and it probably will go into my "OMG <3" pile when I'm done with it.
Anyway, am extremely miffed as Aunt #3 promised to call me back yesterday, and it's been almost 24 hours and no call. It might be different if it was just a social call, but our conversation is extremely important as it will be discussing the housing situation for this summer. If she doesn't contact me by the time I'm in Palo Alto, I'll have to give her a ring.
