kolSo my work shift for today was canceled, which is good because I got to go home and start voting. Yay for absentee/mail-in ballot of maximum laziness. :D
It was easily enough to go through all the options with Smart Voter's help, right up until I got stuck on measures 7 & 10. Most everyone knows I'm a big fan of alternative energy (we have solar panels on the garage for goodness sake and I ride a bike instead of driving), so you'd think this would be a piece of cake. But each measure has equal good and bad aspects and I subscribe to most of the points the proponents and opponents are making. So now I'm even more confused.
At this point I'm tempted to just send in my ballot without voting for either of the two. ;_____;
Anyway, Shamebox has inspired me to do more sketches, and I'm tempted to use November's 31_days prompts as a sketchy challenge. Great way to rest my brain AND keep me from getting distracted by shiny internet things, you know? So is this madness or genius on top of Nano?
I have a feeling I'm just going to turn the prompts ya'll supplied from way back into sketchies, because I just haven't gotten any writing sparks off of them and, well, obvious reasons for the Dolom one being auffed even if I did three chapters of it XD.
