On the plus side? I GOT TO PET A KITTEH AND A GIANT PUPPEH FOLLOWED ME AROUND AUNT #6's HOUSE AND LUFFED ME BEST OUT OF ASSEMBLED FAMILY. So day was pretty even, when it comes down to it, even if I'm in deep morning for the bike *___*

Had faint hope that I could just replace the cable to the brakes, but when I took housemate out to investigate, we discovered the entire mechanism is busted. So much for that XD. Will probably go out and buy a new bike after work on Saturday. Trying to decide if I want to stick with a Diamondback (go for a Lux) or try a new bike brand. Must do research.

In continued bad/good news, I thought about it and Aunt #6's Great Dane has to be some kind of a mix. Not only is it the size of a small pony, but the puppeh is a buckwheat gold color and has fur closer to a labs coat. And the most adorkable face *___*. I'll try and remember to snap a picture come turkey day, but I can't promise anything since I'm cooking fifty million dishes that day.

I really want to do a drabble fest, because I feel the need to give back to you guys instead of just using LJ to just complain, but considering I still owe 4 drabble/arts, that's not happening. Although realizing I still have 25K to write in the Nano over four days explains why I didn't have second thoughts over volunteering to clean Aunt #6's house tonight and wanting to do drabble fest XD.
