(no subject)

I feel like I'm going to die. I HATE YOU TEETH. I can't sleep, I have to be up and heading to work in under an hour, and I have the worst stabbing pain EVER. Still have no dental insurance, and with it being Friday there isn't much I can really do. DAMN YOU TEETH.

I don't know what to do. Orajel isn't working at all, and the only pain killers I have is Tylonel and that didn't do ANYTHING. It is like, no pain, and then SHARP SUDDEN OMG GOING TO DIE PAIN.

I just want to go to sleep ;___;

Update: Teeth of Doom

I have never been in more agonizing pain in my life you guys. Thankfully, the pain faded, but it took about ten hours to decrease to a mild hum. There's still sharp twinges, but they are down to only every once in a while. By the time I left work, the side of my face was dramatically less swollen, and there was a hint of a spring to my step that had been definitely missing all day.

But I got zero sleep last night, and as soon as I got home I crashed. Seven hours later, here I am. I have an appointment at a clinic, but the sense of urgency has faded along with the pain; mild hum still there, pulsing, but the teeth affected don't hurt when I touch them, and the twinges of pain seem to be more random than anything else.

There's a good chance that it wasn't the teeth themselves, because the pain wasn't centered on one tooth, but three on the left side. But it was frightening, so terrifying last night/this morning, crying in pain, facing this pain with no support, just wanting it to end in any way possible.

So I'm shaken and more than a little scared still, but at least dental insurance starts on the first, so if the clinic can tide me over until then, I'll be good.

Hopefully tomorrow I'll have something 'happy' to post about.
