I set myself a goal for May: lose a pound every week. And I've been tracking weigh-ins on my fridge. Here's where I am for the month currently:
So I'm down 6.7 pound on the month-- the gain on the 28th was my usual monthly water weight. Pretty pleased with the progress this month, I think going off soda (today is 2 weeks!), making healthier choices, not reaching for poor food choices when I'm stressed, and making relatively good decisions at the ballpark worked in my favor.
I think I might be able to reach 169 by Readercon if this keeps up!

Frowny face at DW!
Plateaus suck, especially since they happen for different reasons for different people. For me, sometimes the best thing to do is pay attention to what is going on with measurements-- I went down a dress size without losing a single pound before, and I would have missed it if I hadn't been taking weekly measurements.
Hilariously my big thing for June is eating more. I'm bringing my daily food goal to 1,500-1,600 calories a day, because I'm much more active than I was even ten pounds ago and my body needs more fuel than it has been getting. XD
