I've had a few four hour shifts, actually, but I called in sick once and refused a shift for today. As long as I have tissues and purel and pretty much stay in one place processing I'm okay for four hours (because two hours in, I have a glorious break XD). I've been getting rides and taking the bus for the most part, so I can avoid car exhaust, so work hasn't been impossible. Just something that takes a lot of energy mustering and willpower. Thankfully Taurus, I got this in spades XD.

Think it is up to the lungs on the health front-- if they can stop being irritated and calm down in the next few days, I'll be okay. And I just ate some soup <3.
