(no subject)

Did not get all of my weekly todo list done, but remain empowered by the thought of all I did accomplish. Which is the other reason to draft a todo list. ^.^;;

One of my wonderful co-workers gave me fresh tiny lemons from her garden two days ago, but I'm at loss for what to do with them. I could always use their zest, but nothing in my cupboard tastes good with lemon. Any ideas for fun cooking project utilizing three tiny (but delicious smelling) lemons?

How about a half-batch of lemon curd? <3 It's fun to make, and DEEELICIOUS esp. on toasts or crumpets made of sourdough. <333 I've made it several times using the Joy of Cooking recipe, and I'm the world's worst/laziest cook -- only changes I made were a bit more lemon and a bit less sugar. MMMMMM YUM. It really does taste better with fresh-off-the-tree lemons, too. ^_^
