Was not in the best of moods after work, so I watched The West Wing and youtube videos, including one about a supernaturally calm guinea pig riding on a roomba and some hilarious ferret vids. Mood has lifted.

At least part of the negative mindset? It has also been over 12 hours since my last (at least for a while) diet pepsi. The next few days are going to be really difficult, but hopefully switching to chai tea will help, a bit.
