Blond moment!
Woke up to someone screaming bloody murder and thought, for a panicked moment, there was a zombie hoard inside the house. Have decided I must have been having a zombie dream. Turns out she saw a humongous cockroach trying to get into the house. Never mind the fact it was outside the sliding glass window and couldn't get into the house that way. No, she had to scream because OMG BUG! IT MIGHT PHASE THROUGH THE GLASS AND NIBBLE ON HER TOES! XD
Then, I had a supreme blond moment and looked at the wrong week's schedule. Which ended up with me at work 3 1/2 hours early. Oops. They wanted me to stay, but I totally got the hell out of dodge. My parents didn't raise no fool! If I'd stayed, I probably would have gotten stuck with another 9 hour shift, and I just DID one yesterday. Silly silly work!
For those interested in such things, VS is coming out with new PINK puppies-- these I believe are coming out sometime after the first (money is on the 10th, because we haven't gotten any in shipment yet)-- and they are going to be the pink base with a yellow scarf and a TINY GREEN BACKPACK.
And yes, I am mildly obsessed with the VS puppies. How can I not be? SO CUTE.
And now, I'm heading back to work for reals this time. Arr! I have a Nano-related post that I'll put up when I get off work around 8 or so <3
