AHHHHHH
So my job has finally entered the digital age and now offers online scheduling. I cannot stress how awesome this is. For example, here it is on the 16th and I can tell you I'll be working on my birthday (it falls on a Saturday, alas, and that is my day to work unless something extreme happens, like the store evacuates or I *gasp* go on vacation).
Now I was going to take the weekend off, but certain chains of evens conspired and I just decided the hell with it, I'll just work it. More money, right? My shift appears to be an 8AM-12PM one, so it sucks that I'll have to get up early, but there *have* been promises made of cupcakes by certain co-workers, so we'll have to see how it goes.
I will most definitely be doing an audio post during my break (which I can tell you will be 10:45a 11:00a). If I remember anyway. ;)
Anyway, it is hard to imagine that in exactly one month, I will be sitting on a couch playing Dr. Mario against either my step mom or my dad in Oregon. This vacation is so going to RULE.
Maybe 24 won't be such a bad year after all.
