The Instructions:

STEP ONE

- Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
- If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.
- Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ, or link to this post so that the holiday joy will spread.

STEP TWO

- Surf around your friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:
- If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it. Once a wish has been granted, it will be crossed off my list.

You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

Either RPG [ANCD, LS, MS (Ikiro ;.;), VR, MOT, GK] or fandom [BSG (I like Lee/Kara, but non pairings work too), HP (Trio!friendship, Angsty, Tonks/Lupin, Hermione/Krum, my guilty pleasure ship (Hr/SS >.<)), Grey's Anatomy (George fic!), Alias (my show was canceled yesterday ;.;, anything would cheer me up ;.;), Pretender (Gen fic, although I am a hardcore UST Miss Parker/Jarod fan XD)

2) Fanarts! See RPG list under #1

3) Song Pimpings. Sushi got me into Death Cab for Cutie, and I'm begining to explore the bands that are like their latest stuff. I also like pretty much everything-- I even like Arabic Dance Music. I need more of that, too XD.

4) A letter or christmas card :D. If you want my address, see post here:

5) Food recipes. I have only a microwave, crockpot, and electric skillet on a limited budget-- what can I cook? XD

6) Someone buying something from either my half.com or amazon.com stores. I need to get all 300 of the books listed at Amazon ;.;. I'll post links to both stores later this week XD

7) Book Recs. I want to read more Suspense/Thrillers, but I'm getting worn out on Catherine Coulter and Iris Johanson [I never liked Sandra Brown]. I'm interested in the male authors of the genre, like Jeffery Deaver. I also would like ANY book recs. I have 10 books left to read for 2005 (to get to 50 books-- I tried to keep my chicklit books to 10% of the final list this year, so I didn't include 70% of the ones I read XD).

8) Actually involving shipping: A can of black olives, a can of cranberry sauce (not the fruit filled kind ;.;), Beef Ramen, Diet Pepsi. You can actually buy those through Amazon.com o.0;;
